The Best Holiday Recipe EVER!

I don't usually talk about recipes because... well, I don't cook. That's typically my husband's domain. However, his latest concoction has been the hit of every holiday party this year.

It's super easy to make, tastes great and has enough calories to keep you extra warm this holiday season!

BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (cooked and shredded)
8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Ranch Dressing
10 oz Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 bag Tortilla Chips

Instructions (according to Ryan)

Broil 4 boneless chicken breast and shred them up (don't use canned chicken). The finer the better as you want to avoid having large chuncks in your dip. Then, put the chicken into a crock pot along with the remaining ingredients. It works better if you cut the cream cheese in small pieces and shred the pepper cheese. It takes at least 1 hour to melt all the cheese to complete the dip. More Franks Red Hot can be added to taste, I recommend the full 12 oz bottle. Serve with the strongest tortilla chips you can find. Enjoy with beer... lots of it!
